By joining this Agreement and leaving your data on the website https://akademiadev.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website) by filling in the fields of the online application (order form), the User:

– confirms that the personal data provided by them belongs to them personally; acknowledges and confirms that they have carefully and fully read this Agreement and the terms and conditions contained therein for the processing of their personal data, as specified by them in the fields of the online application (registration) form on the Website;

– acknowledges and confirms that all provisions of this Agreement and the terms and conditions for the processing of his/her personal data are clear to him/her;

– consents to the processing of the personal data provided by the Website for the purpose of registering the User on the Website;

– agrees to the terms and conditions for the processing of personal data without any reservations or restrictions.

The User consents to the processing of his/her personal data, namely the actions provided for in clause 3, part 1, article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 ‘On Personal Data’, and confirms that, by giving such consent, he/she is acting freely, of his/her own will and in his/her own interest. The User's consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscious. This consent of the User applies to the processing of the following personal data:

–email addresses.

The User grants the service https://akademia.art/ the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data:

– collection and accumulation;

– storage for the periods specified in regulatory documents for the storage of reports, but not less than three years from the date of termination of the User's use of the Site's services;

– destruction;

The Website will not be responsible for how third parties use (legally or illegally) the info you put on the Website, including copying and sharing it in any way. The Website has the right to make changes to this Agreement. When changes are made to the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.

The current version is always available at: https://akademiadev.ru/privacy/ The substantive and procedural law of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Agreement and the relations between the user and the Website arising in connection with the application of the Agreement.
